Security and reliability are very important to us, which is why the dispatch of parcels is always insured. All prices are inclusive of tax.

Shipping within Germany

The shipping costs for parcel shipping via DHL are EUR 4.95 . Shipping time of currently 3-7 working days.

For our pods (max. 3*3 pods) and selected accessories we also offer shipping via letter. The shipping costs are EUR 2.95 (no tracking number). Shipping time of 3-7 working days.

Shipping within Europe

For shipping to Austria, France, Belgium and the Netherlands the shipping costs are EUR 4.95. The shipping time is currently 3-7 working days due to the strongly increased package volume.

For shipping to all other countries within the European customs union the shipping costs are EUR 19.95. The shipping time is currently 7-10 working days due to the strongly increased package volume.

Shipping within Switzerland

If you would like to order from Switzerland, you can do so through our partner "MeinEinkauf.ch". MeinEinkauf.ch allows you to enjoy air up® also in beautiful Switzerland.

It is of great importance to us to make it as easy and individual as possible for you. That's why we always try to offer the most current payment methods and options in our online store.
