Return policy & Return form

We like to keep it clean around here, so we're not able to offer returns on products that are opened or used.

If you have purchased on the air up®️ website and would like to make a return, a refund can be issued within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not currently offer exchanges.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Engagement team here, and we'll guide you through the return process. Starter Sets and Bundles must include all units (bottles, pods, accessories), and must be unused and in their original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. air up®️ is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow approximately 4 weeks for us to process the return. If an item(s) in your order arrived damaged, please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy.

Promotional offers and products are non-refundable.
